Equipment

  • 1 Food processer or blender

Ingredients

  • 150 grams vanilla ice cream
  • 80 grams milk - or 80ml
  • 80 grams Nutella - or 4 tablespoons

Instructions

  • It really can't be easier. Add all three ingredients to a food processor, or blender.
    For easier blending, it helps to add the milk to the blender first, followed by the other two ingredients in no particular order.
    150 grams vanilla ice cream, 80 grams milk, 80 grams Nutella
  • Whiz until smooth and creamy! It should take about 20-30 seconds.
    If you want a thinner milkshake, add a small touch of milk and blend again until you achieve your perfect consistency.
    Similarly, add less milk from the start for a thicker milkshake.
  • Pour into tall milkshake glasses and serve.

Notes

  • Take the ice cream out of the freezer 10 minutes before starting to make it easier to blend in with the Nutella, resulting in a creamy milkshake.
  • After whizzing for some time, stir it around with a spoon to ensure there are no solid pieces of ice cream left. Whizz again.
  • Some people like to add a few ice cubes to the blending process as it delivers more of a froth.
